The buyer assumes all reasonability of the purchased product.

RJG Sales and Supply, LLC reserves the right to modify specifications and purity as stated on this website due to changes in raw material supply, market conditions or other factors. This obligation is limited to material in the original container that has not been tampered with, misused, damaged, contaminated or adulterated.

Mandatory Liability Release

I, the purchaser, by ordering items from RJG Sales and Supply, LLC, hereby release this company and its employees from all liability associated with the use of their products and services. I do so fully aware of the consequences thereof.

I agree that any products purchased from RJG Sales and Supply, LLC are for legal uses only. I agree not to use products sold by RJG Sales and Supply, LLC for the cultivation of illegal mushroom species containing either psilocybin or psilocin.

I hereby take responsibility for the proper handling, use, location, safety and disposal of any and all chemical-related products contained herein.

I am over the age of 18. I have read and understand this liability release and signify my agreement to these terms by the mere fact that I have elected to conduct business with RJG Sales and Supply, LLC.

International Shipping Disclaimer
