Domestic Shipping Information (Orders Within the United States)

We ship all orders in plain boxes with no indication of the packaged contents whenever practical. All products, with the exception of pressure cookers/sterilizers and food dehydrators, are shipped in plain brown or Priority Mail boxes. The return address will say "RJC Sales" for the company name. The name "Gourmet Mushroom Supply" will not appear anywhere on the outside of the package. No package will ever have any indication of its contents.

You will be emailed a tracking or delivery confirmation number when your order ships. This email is automatically generated and may go to your spam/bulk email folder depending on your email filter, so please keep an eye out for it in those folders. You may also login to your Shroom Supply account to view your order status by accessing the "My Account" section of the website.

We try our best to get all orders out within 48 hours of receiving payment. However, shipping times may be longer during periods of high order volumes. We will keep you updated every step of the way.


International Shipping Information (Orders Not Within the United States)

Orders that are NOT within the USA are shipped with a customs form adhered to the outside of the package that lists the contents of the package. This is required by law. The package will not clear customs if this form is not present. There will not be any mention of "mushrooms" on the custom form unless you buy a product that can only be described as being used explicitly for mushroom applications. The return address will say "RJC Sales" for the company name. The name "Gourmet Mushroom Supply" will not appear anywhere on the outside of the package. The packing slip that is contained inside of the package will also be plain, with no mention of "Gourmet Mushroom Supply" or our company name. Any products that are normally labeled with our Gourmet Mushroom Supply logo will also be sent in a plain container without a label for international orders. We do this in an effort to protect the privacy of our international customers, as all packages may be subject to inspection by customs officials before being cleared for release. It is strictly the customer's responsibility to make sure they are not ordering products that are banned from import to their country. If a package or any items within are compromised or confiscated by customs officials, this responsibility falls on the customer.

International Shipping Disclaimer

Orders not within the United States may be subject to additional import taxes and duty fees. These fees are strictly the customer's responsibility. Your package may be held for delivery until these fees are paid.
