Organic Peat Moss

Pre-sifted organic peat moss. Gourmet Mushroom Supply peat moss comes pre-sifted of large sticks and clumps. Peat is commonly used as an ingredient in mushroom casings. A common casing recipe is: 10 parts peat, 10 parts coarse vermiculite, 1 part gypsum, 1/4 part hydrated lime.

Sold in ½ gallon increments.
