Our double impulse sealer features a 18" bar with a heating element on both the top and bottom jaw, making it one of the most reliable sealers on the market. This sealer creates an ultrawide 10 mm seal on material up to 10 mil thick. This sealer is intended for repeated sealing in commercial production environments. This particular model has been touted as the ideal sealer for mass commercial mushroom production by companies such as Shroom Supply and Myers Mushrooms. This automatic tabletop sealer features a large 18" bar that is capable of flat-sealing our largest (XL) size mushroom grow bags. This sealer has both an automatic and manual mode. The manual mode is activated by the included foot pedal switch which frees both hands and enables quick alignment of the bag. We also sell an optional stand that puts this sealer into a vertical orientation, making it a breeze to seal bags that are standing up. This sealer also features an automatic mode that seals the bags continuously and automatically in sync with a user-defined time interval. No foot pedal required!

This unit is controlled by a plug-in transistorized circuit board and electronic timers. Uniform pressure is provided by a timer controlled electromagnet pulling the sealing arm down. These popular models eliminate operator error. Once the correct control settings have been programmed, consistent seals are maintained automatically, making the last seal as perfect as the first. The sealer features three setting knobs which control the heating time, the cooling (congealing) time, and the cyclical sealing time interval for automatic sealing.
