Liquid Culture Premix

Liquid culture comes in many 'flavors', and malt/dex is the best. This stuff is bomb, thick thick lc's, just be sure to break up the mycelium regularly, or your only problem will be the inability to suck it up. Try their LC lids for ease of use.
